Pixelated Dreams Screensaver
A unique and colorful screen saver that splashes pixels on your screen in a bit of a random manner with random color variations. It's a bit hypnotic really, and maybe even a bit relaxing.
It's actually a little hard for me to explain it, so it's best to either view a screen shot of it on my web site or just try it out.
Comes in an installer with uninstaller. Uninstall is accessed through your control panel > add/remove programs.

Small portion of a screenshot
A little history about this trivial thing here. I actually made this back in November of 2003, or I should say completed it back then. But I only released it to a few friends and family as I really had never intended to release it at all. It was meant merely as a personl enjoyment.
It started off as an attempt to recreate another screensaver which can be found on many Linux operating systems or on the older Geos Ensemble desktop evnironment. The saver on those is typically known as "Flame Fractal". Though some source codes were available, they were in programming languages that I did not use, but! I was able to read and understand some of the code.
While in the process of trying to recreate the other screensaver, I inadvertantly found something else that I liked just as much as the other screensaver. What I found was what you are now about to download or have already downloaded. It's not the same as the "Flame Fractal" screensaver, but is similar in nature to it, yet unique to itself.
In the end, I decided to not continue to persue the "Flame Fractal" at all and tweaked and poked at what I had ended up with. Along the way, I encountered some other very unusual and unique styles related to this, but did not include them directly in this screensaver. Likely I will either create new screensavers or include them as options in this screensaver at a later date.
Anyway, dusted it off, cleaned up some code, made the options window much easier for everyone to work with. Now, released as freeware for anyone who might find this screensaver interesting and enjoyable....
Enjoy :-)
